Our minimum order value is £75.00, or EUR/USD equivalent.
Our normal payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Other payment arrangements may be available upon request.
Robson Scientific is primarily a bespoke manufacturer, an estimated delivery schedule will be provided with our quotation.
We will provide you with the cost of delivery with our quotation. Carriage charge is dependent on parcel size, weight and delivery destination.
Orders delivered to destinations outside the United Kingdom are delivered on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Prices exclude all tax and duty normally payable in the country of destination.
Robson Scientific will accept returns where items received are not to the agreed specification. Breakages of orders in transit are the responsibility or the nominated carrier unless otherwise agreed.
VAT will be charged at the prevailing UK rate to UK orders only. Goods sold outside the UK attract Zero VAT.
