Robson Scientific welcomes orders from industry, universities, schools and colleges, government and public bodies, private research facilities and individuals.
Whatever the nature of your organisation, and whatever your requirements, be they bulk glassware orders or bespoke ‘one-off’ items, Robson Scientific can accommodate your needs and we guarantee that your order will receive our complete care, total commitment and benefit from our exceptional craftsmanship.
Minimum Order Value
Our minimum order value is £100.00, or EUR/USD equivalent. Orders below this value can still be placed; however, a £30.00 low order fee will be applied at checkout to cover the additional administration and processing costs associated with smaller orders. The fee will be converted into your selected currency.
Prices
Our prices exclude all tax & duty normally payable in the country of destination. For UK orders placed on our website, VAT will be added at checkout.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. Other payment arrangements may be available upon request.
Order Lead Times
Robson Scientific is primarily a bespoke manufacturer, an estimated delivery schedule will be provided with our quotation.
Delivery
We will provide you with the cost of delivery with our quotation. Carriage charge is dependent on parcel size, weight and delivery destination.
Returns Policy
Robson Scientific will accept returns where items received are not to the agreed specification. Breakages of orders in transit are the responsibility of the nominated carrier unless otherwise agreed.
VAT
UK orders are subject to VAT at the applicable UK rate.
Orders shipped outside the UK are generally zero-rated for UK VAT, subject to the applicable export requirements.
Customers outside the UK may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties and other charges imposed by their country.
